I don't know how else to say this, so here goes: Baby B has died. I can't really process the emotion right now, but it is intense. Baby A is fine--alive and active. We have another ultrasound in two weeks. I'll try to update more later.

"The LORD gave and the LORD has taken away; may the name of the LORD be praised."
~Job 1:21b

  1. Although this story has no direct tie to scriptures the concept is comforting...

"Lord, you said that I once I decided to follow You, we would walk side by side through life, but when I needed You the most I saw only one set of footprints in the sand. The Lord replied, 'I love you and I would never leave you. During times of trial and suffering, when see only one set of footprints it was then that I carried you'."

"He bears us up in our weaknessness". Romans 8

"Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, "This is the way; walk in it."
    Isaiah 30:12

"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."
    Matthew 11:28

I love you, Mary. Heart hurts so much for you! Praying for peace and comfort.

Sorry!
